Terms of Service 

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, with a 50% deposit required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery of final products.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule their session without penalty if given notice of at least 48 hours in advance. If the client cancels the session within 48 hours, they will forfeit their deposit. In case of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled or postponed at the photographer's discretion.

Usage Rights
The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. The client is granted a license to use and display the images for personal and non-commercial use only. The client may not sell or otherwise commercially exploit the images without the photographer's written consent.

Image Processing
All images captured during the session will be edited and processed by the photographer. The photographer reserves the right to edit and deliver only the images that meet their standards of quality.

Liability
The photographer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the client, their property, or any other person or property during the session. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer against any claim, lawsuit, or damages arising from the session.

Model Release
The client grants the photographer permission to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. The client may opt-out of this agreement by notifying the photographer in writing.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the photographer is located. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties.

By booking a session with the photographer, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
